- Products must be in original condition: unused, unopened, and with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact and undamaged
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required
Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or used stationery items
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards and downloadable content
- Items marked as "final sale" or "clearance"
Refund Process

- Include your order number and reason for return in your email
- Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
- Package your items securely and ship to the provided address
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
Refund Timeline

- Additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
